Shipping policy

We ship from Fairfield, New Jersey to over 25 countries. Here's everything you need to know about how, when, and what to expect.
The short version
- US orders: ship within 1–2 business days, deliver in 3–5 business days
- International: delivery in 7–14 business days, customer covers duties/customs

1. Where we ship from
All BudBud orders ship from our facility in Fairfield, New Jersey, USA:

2. Domestic shipping (USA)
Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery time. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need it faster.
Shipping rates.
- Free shipping on orders $19 or more
- Orders under $19: flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited shipping: rates calculated at checkout
Carriers. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your destination, package size, and shipping speed. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on the most reliable option for your address.
3. International shipping
We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International customers are an important part of the BudBud community.
Delivery time. International orders typically deliver in 7–14 business days after shipping, though delivery can take longer depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carrier handoff.
Shipping rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination country, and selected service level.
Customs, duties, and import taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other import charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost or product priceand are collected by your country's customs authority — not by BudBud. Charges vary by country and can be unpredictable; we recommend checking with your local customs office if you'd like an estimate before ordering.
Customs delays. Some international orders are held for inspection by customs, which can add days or weeks to delivery. We can't control or predict customs delays, but we'll work with you to track and resolve any that come up.
Refused or returned packages. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, or if it's returned to us by the carrier, we can either refund the order minus original shipping costs, or reship at your expense.
4. Discreet packaging
Every BudBud order ships in plain packaging with no BudBud branding visible from the outside. No logos, no markings, no obvious smoking-related design cues. The shipping label has a generic return address from our Fairfield facility.
This applies to every order — domestic, international, wholesale, and gifts.
5. Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see the email within 2 business days of placing your order:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Confirm the email address on your order is correct
- Email us at high@budbudsupply.co and we'll resend the tracking info
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of the order, and we can't intercept orders that have already shipped. If your address is incorrect or incomplete:
- Before shipping: email us within 24 hours and we'll update it if the order hasn't been processed
- After shipping: we can't reroute, but we'll work with the carrier to find the package
- Returned to sender: if the package comes back to us, we'll contact you to either reship at your cost or refund the order minus original shipping
7. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Lost packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, side door, with a neighbor)
- Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
- If still missing, email us with your order number
For confirmed lost-in-transit packages, we'll replace the order free of charge.
Stolen packages. Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure address (workplace, locker, etc.) if porch theft is a concern in your area. Some carriers offer signature confirmation as a checkout option for higher-value orders.
Damaged packages. If your package or its contents arrive damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll replace the affected items free of charge — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
8. Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order enters fulfillment (typically within 24 hours of being placed), we can't always intercept it. If we can't cancel before shipping, you can return the order under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
9. Wholesale and bulk shipping
Wholesale orders ship under separate terms agreed at the time of the wholesale agreement. For wholesale shipping questions, contact our wholesale team or email high@budbudsupply.co.
10. Restricted destinations
We currently do not ship to:
- US territories with specific restrictions on smoking accessories
- Countries where the import of smoking accessories is prohibited by law
- Any address that fails our age verification or fraud screening
If you place an order to a restricted destination, we'll cancel the order and refund the full amount.
